Webcast / Workshop für ARIADNE Mentorinnen / for ARIADNE mentors

Für die aktiven und die neuen Mentorinnen und Mentoren bieten wir eine passgenaue Schulung zur Gestaltung eines Mentorats:
englischsprachiger Workshop am 28.11.2024, 13.00 bis 16.00 Uhr, online
mit der Expertin Dr. Cécile Schain, Diplompsychologin und Coachin, zum Erfahrungsaustausch und zur Klärung individueller Fragen. Bei Bedarf können selbstverständlich auch Klärungen in deutscher Sprache erfolgen.
Der Workshop baut auf einem Webcast auf, den Sie auf der Plattform Vimeo als deutsche Version und als englische Version abrufen können. Die entsprechenden Passwörter zum Webcast erhalten Sie auf Anfrage per Mail an Ihre Programmkoordination.
Themen sind: die Grundprinzipien des Mentorings, wie Rollenklärung, mögliche Anliegen von Mentees und methodische Aspekte wie Gesprächsführung und Feedback.
Wir laden Sie ein, den Webcast zu nutzen, auch wenn Sie am Workshop nicht teilnehmen können.
Bitte melden Sie sich über das Formular unten bis 15. Oktober 2024 für den Workshop an. Die Zahl der Teilnehmenden ist auf 20 beschränkt.
For all active and new mentors we are offering the following tailored training package to support you with your mentoring:
a workshop (in English) on 28th Nov 2024 from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm, online
with the expert Dr. Cécile Schain, psychologist by training and coach. You will have the opportunity to delve into the matter and to clarify individual questions.
The workshop builds on a webcast available for streaming on Vimeo. Please contact your program coordinator for the password to the video.
Topics covered are: basic principles of mentoring, clarification of the role as a mentor, potential concerns and request of mentees and methods such as counselling skills and feedbacks.
We cordially invite you to watch the webcast even if you will not be able to attend the workshop.
